Pentart thick water based gels can be used to create various textures with stencils and can be used as a glue and as a base medium. There are two versions matt and glossy they stick to any surface easily they can be coloured and they dry flexible. They are excellent for mixed media projects and art journalling. The glossy dries fully transparent so can also be used to decorate glass. The matt dries with an opal finish. These are be combined with Pentart Dekor paints to give spectacular results especially when up cycling
